Who made me a princess is about an orphan reborn into another world.

An orphan read a book titled Lovely Princess before going to sleep. After finishing the book, she felt the story to be tacky and childish.

The next day when she wakes up, she is reborn as a baby in another world. She was reborn as a princess.

Unfortunately for her, she's reborn as the princess everyone hates from the story Lovely princess.

Here is a summary of the story, lovely princess;

The lovely princess is a romance fantasy novel about two princesses; the loved princess and the hated princess.

Princess Jennette, the protagonist of the story, is the loved princess. Jennette is a beautiful lady with an angelic heart beloved by the whole continent, including her Father, Emperor Claude. 

Emperor Claude is known to be a hero and savior to his people, but he was neither of them. He's a heartless man that killed his older brother, the proper heir to the throne, and sat upon it. He's a cold-hearted person.

Jennette was the kind of person who could melt a cold-blooded man like him.

Claude didn't get to know about Jennette being his daughter until she was fourteen years.

At first, Claude is cold to her, but Jennette is a sweet person; the protagonist can win her father over. And she did.

With the support of her father, she married prince Alpheus, the best man in the Empire fit to be her husband, and lived happily ever after.

On the other hand, the hated princess, Princess Athanasia, only wanted her father to love and care for her, but he never did till the day she died.

Claude knew of Athanasia’s existence from birth, but he never cared for her. He left her in the care of maids and never once checked on her. So Athanasia grew up fragile and on edge.

She worked hard to earn her father’s love and thus grew up to be a beautiful and skilled girl.

But all her dreams were shattered when Jeannette arrived. Jennette had one thing Athanasia never received, her father’s love.

Instead of Athanasia hating Jennette, she only showed her care as a sister and taught her the ways of the palace.

Athanasia was a poor girl with a good heart.

And how was she rewarded? Athanasia was sentenced to death by Emperor Clause, her father, after being accused of poisoning Jennette’s tea, which was all a scheme by Jennette’s aunt to make Jennette the sole heir to the throne.

Claude didn't give Athanasia, his daughter, the opportunity to clarify herself but sentenced her to death immediately.

That's how the poor princess met her end.

Later, it got revealed that it wasn't Athanasia that poisoned Jennette, but it was all Jennette’s aunt's scheme. But Claude didn't feel sad about it.

Well, that's such a heartless man.

The orphan girl is troubled because she's reborn into the story titled lovely princess, and she's the hated princess Athanasia.
